On the 4th of september, 2007, the HogwartsNet was officially unveiled to the general public, and to the ecstasy of the many fans who had eagerly awaited this magical and mesmerizing moment. It was considered one of the best magical site available for muggles, and was nominated for the 'Best Muggle-viewable Magical Website' of the 'Fortune' magazines's Wizarding World Department.
　

  This website was created by the Honourable Sir. Li Hong Yi, order of Merlin, first class.  Li Hong Yi was born in Hangzhou, China. He went to Jakarta, Indonesia at the age of seven, and went to the Gandhi Memorial school. Li Hong Yi had shown a great flair at creating various things at a young age. He wrote his first novel at the age of ten, though it was not submitted to publishers. He created his first website in grade 8, only two weeks after he first heard of the HTML(website's core programming language).

The birth of the HogwartsNet® series took place at grade 9, for his IBO MYP Personal Project, a very important task a student has to complete in his school, GMIS. After countless hours of hard work (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month...), and countless sleepless nights, the glorious moment finally took place - The HogwartsNet was officially unveiled and released on the 4th of september, 2007 (although it was inofficially released in july as well to his family members, and his Personal Project Supervisor).

  The year 2007 is indeed a year which will be remembered deeply by all Harry Potter Fans. First on July 11, 2007, when the movie 'The Order of The Phoenix' was released. Then on July 21, 2007, the last installment of the Harry Potter series, the seventh book, 'The Deathly Hallows' was released. This book was commented to be the best Harry Potter Book wrote so far, and of a high literature value as well.

The seven books published to date have collectively sold more than 325 million copies. The seventh and last book in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows announced a record-breaking 12 million copies for the first print run in the U.S. alone.

The success of the novels has made Joanne Kathleen Rowling, the author, the highest-earning novelist in literary history.[6] English language versions of the books are published by Bloomsbury in the United Kingdom, Scholastic Press in the United States, Allen & Unwin in Australia and Raincoast Books in Canada.

The Movie however was rated as rather lousy, and to most of the people who don't know the story, it would seem rubbish.

MINISTRY OF MAGIC TO RAISE NATIONAL TAX BY 5%

         THE TAXING AND FUNDS DEPARTMENT, THE MINISTRY OF MAGIC SPOKESMAN ANNOUNCED ON MONDAY, THE 20TH,  THAT THERE WILL BEGINNING FROM NEXT YEAR, THE MINISTRY IS GOING TO INCREASE THE YEARLY PERSONAL TAX OF ALL MAGICAL FOLK BY 5%.

The government spokesman, Larry Boot said on this Monday that a new taxing entity called the 'security tax' would be enforced by next year. This year's tax will still be normal, although next year's will have a 5% increase.

  The new 'security tax' entity is a tax which the government will use to increase security for everyone. There would be an estimated extension of hiring eight hundred more trained wizards and witches as full-time Aurors (Aurors are the law-keeping officers of the magic world, or 'police' as the muggles call it).

These new aurors will be scattered and assigned to each strategic point of the country. They will aid and reinforce the local security guard-wizards to better protect, aid and warn the people living in the area before hand. They will also assist and train the people with toughening and strengthening theirs and their homes' defense ability, so as to better protect themselves from the Dark Lord, the Death Eaters and the other creatures of darkness in such times of darkness and turmoil throughout the world, due to the re-rise of the Dark Lord. This raise of tax was supposed to be purely for the good and welfare of the people and was promised by the ministry to enhance people's safety by a high degree.

SCRIMGEOR WARNS OF POSSIBLE TROLL ASSAULTS

     Rufus Scrimgeor, minister of magic warns yesterday, the 26th on the ministry's media open house that sixty percent of the nation's trolls had become followers of the Dark Lord.

They could be a great potential danger as trolls, like giants, are extremely difficult to subdue with their thick jinx and curse repelling hides. These trolls have become members of the Dark Lord's army and could raise an assault any moment.

Five sights of these huge limbering mountain Trolls moving in the southwest direction had been reported yesterday night by five different people of different regions. One sighter was a muggle, Mr. Clay, who nearly died of fright when he saw these "walking Hills", and Mr. Clay had to be put on an Obliviate charm by the Magical Reversal Squad after interrogating him.

These five sights of the trolls moving shows that it was not natural migration, as trolls tend to stay in one place. This shows that they were being summoned by someone, probably the Dark Lord himself. This gathering of Trolls to the southwestern area of the country could possible mean a Troll assault on this area.

Residents of the areas like the Little and Great Hangleton villages, The RedOak town and the phoenixsong county are warned to stay alert and practice emergency escaping procedures like floo powder, portkeys and apparitions.

A squad of a hundred and fifty Aurors and assistant Aurors will arrive on Wednesday to reinforce the security (HogP 2007)
